* Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria:

1. You can inspect the order before receiving it. If you decide to reject it, you will only pay the shipping fees.

2. After receiving the order and paying the courier, any exchange or return is allowed within 5 days of receiving the order, with additional shipping fees.

*Other Governorates and Coastal Areas:

1. Order inspection before receiving it is not allowed.

2.In case of order receipt and payment to the courier, exchange or return is allowed within 5 days from the delivery date, through the showroom only.

*The order amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fees, using the same payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund process will take 7 to 14 days.

في حالة استلام الطلب ومحاسبة المندوب، يمكن الاستبدال أو    الاسترجاع خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك من خلال الشووروم فقط-

 

* سيتم رد قيمة الطلب مخصوم منه قيمة الشحن بنفس طريقة الدفع وإذا تم الدفع عن طريق البطاقة الائتمانية سيستغرق وقت من  ٧ ل ١٤ يوم لرد المبلغ
